To Install on Ubuntu (.deb)

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:atareao/telegram
sudo apt update
sudo apt install telegram

To get chat id

Invite @RawDataBot @getidsbot to your group.

Upon joining it will output a JSON file where your chat id will be located at message.chat.id.
